Hello. I ‘ve bought bluetooth speaker Tronsmart Element Force Soundpulse, before 3 months ago. Suddenly i press the power on button, blue led light flashing, its opening (while i press the button), but when i release the power button the speaker shut down. I try reset by pressing/hold power button + EQ, power button + M(memory button), power button + start/pause nothing happens. Any ideas? thank you
@techiteasy sounds like a power board issue. Problem with that is the schematics are not available. you would have to do a teardown and post pictures of the boards trying to troubleshoot it. Since this is a new speaker I would strongly suggest that you contact either the Vendor or the manufacturer and have them fix this under warranty.
@oldturkey03 This is the first floor i think! Is that ok or going down further??

Hi. Actually You should double press the power button. and hold it for 5-8 secs :) We have the same problem :)
