My daughter dropped her iPod touch and the screen shattered. THEN!!! She decided to put the case on, so she could still use it, without cutting her fingers up. Well, one day it just stopped working. There’s a white screen. How do I getall of her music and pictures off of it, to put them on her Samsung tablet?
Hook it up to your computer using her wire and connect to iTunes it should upload everything to itunes
