The screen is unresponsive. I didn’t back my phone up. How can I transfer my data to Mac or new phone?
You will have to put a screen on it before you can transfer data. Changing the screen won’t cause you to lose data unless you/they completely destroy it. See if someone has a spare screen they use as a test screen that you can borrow. Or a repair shop can get your data or have them put a new screen on it.
Have you tried restarting your device? It may sound pretty basic, but when your screen is unresponsive , simply restarting your touch screen device is usually all it takes to fix the problem.
