Chosen Solution
I have a broken screen on my samsung s7 that is black and non responsive to touch. I can unlock the phone using a usb keyboard and the otg connector however I cannot transfer data and my computer is not a trusted device by the phone. The phone is does not have usb debugging enabled. Is there anyway to access my data?
Put the motherboard into a good phone and download your information and put the other phone back together or buy a new screen.
1.Press and hold the volume down and power buttons until the “Android System Recovery” screen appears. 2.Use the volume keys to browse, and then use the power key to select. 3.Choose to wipe cache partition and allow completion. 4.The device should restart automatically, if it does not restart, please select the restart option.
In most cases, this solves the black screen problem.
