So I have a Samsung Chromebook XE303c12. My trackpad will not respond after 2 seconds after bootup. I have put it in and out of dev. mode for different projects. I have also tried a hard reset. Please help!
Have you tried updating your Chromebook’s OS software to its latest version? If that doesn’t work, try employing the PowerWash function on your Chromebook to refresh the OS software completely. If that doesn’t work, try installing a USB mouse instead.
