Chosen Solution
After installing High Sierra my tool sidebar (on the left) opens whenever I touch the left side of trackpad. How can I turn this off?
You can go to Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Mission Control. From there you can deselect the option of mouse on hover or left track pad it will lead you to control you app on hover or on left pad touch etc.
