Hello,My Macbook Pro’s Keyboard and trackpad simply stop working at random moments while in use. Bluetooth keyboard and trackpad still work fine, but this isn’t a fix. Resetting PRAM doesn’t work. Restarting the computer repeats the process, but is a temporary fix to the problem. This also means that the issue isn’t the connection, so I am unconvinced replacing the parts would work. Are there any other troubleshooting options to figure out why the system is failing? Thanks.
