Hi all, yesterday I’ve spilled a glass of water of my Macbook. Switched off, used a hairdryer and then left to rest the whole night. Today I’ve switched it on and everything looks ok, expect for the Trackpad and Keyboard. In particular: no key seems to work in the keyboard, exception made for the power on/off buttonTrackpad does not work and it seems already pressed with no “click feedback” Additional notes: I’m using a bluetooth mouse and an external usb keyboardThe hardware test only reveals a battery issue (but this I already had this battery issue before) Questions: What is the issue likely to be? Any additional step I should perform? A new trackpad ribbon cable might be the solution? Thank you in advance.
Not good ;-{ Don’t charge your system and disconnect the Battery. Time is critical don’t wait! You’ll need to open the system ASAP to finish cleaning the water out. fully remove the logic board following this guide MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2015 Logic Board Replacement
