Hi there! .Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the track pad driver, and you would obviously need a external mouse to be connected to your laptop.If step “1“ does not work try updating Windows to the latest version.If step “2“ does not work, simply go for a hardware store to get it checked out. If you still do have the warranty available make use of it.
