Hi, I had issues where my tablet would not charge, so after you tubing the “supposed” fault, I removed the back cover, and all I done was to disconnect the battery for 15 seconds then reconnect, it then started to charge, however although that solves that issue, now my touchscreen is unresponsive to the touch, it lights up and everything, but that is all, please help?
Factory reset may also be an option as the power issue you’ve had could have corrupted the touchscreen driver
