My sons 3ds xl works to play games…however the touch screen will not show any images just a few stripes of colors . It lights up and is responsive to touch …but shows no images. Unit also intermittently shuts off and makes an odd noise when it does
Hi! Did your son drop the console or press really hard on the screen? The screen itself might be broken or a connection inside the unit could have come loose. I would tear (here’s how) and reconnect the lower touchscreen’s cables. If that does not work, replace it.
