Hello! I got iPhone 7 Plus 32GB A1784 with cracked screen. I changed screen to the new one and restore backup from my previous phone - iPhone 7 128GB. While using phone, some part of touchscreen stops working. When I lock the phone and unlock - whole touchscreen works as normal (after 1-2 sec lags on screen). Is it touchscreen issue or software?
Probably calibration issue, if it is, you can only keep swapping screens until you find one more or less works.
