After April 2018 Windows 10 update My Asus X553MA says “No Pen or Touch Input Available for this Display”

Hi @donnarebecca Try the following. Here is a link to the latest Asus drivers for your laptop. Download and save the latest ATK Package and Smart Gesture drivers, only. to your laptop. Remember the location where you saved them to in your laptop. Take heed of the Notes: near the top of the page regarding installation of the drivers. Ensure that you download the correct ones relevant to the installed Win 10 OS version in your laptop. (To check if your laptop has Win 10 32 bit or Win 10 64 bit go to Settings > System > About > On the right side, look for the “System type” entry. It will show you two pieces of information—whether you’re using a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system and whether you have a 64-bit capable processor). Next go to Settings > System > Apps and Features and UNINSTALL (remove) the ATK Package and then Smart Gesture, if they are installed Once both uninstalled, restart the laptop. When the laptop has finished booting etc, INSTALL the ATK Package from where you downloaded and saved it to on the laptop. Restart the laptop. When the laptop has finished booting etc, INSTALL the Smart Gesture drivers from where you downloaded and saved it to on the laptop. Restart the laptop. Hopefully it will be OK.
