Hello! I changed my iPhone 5s battery with a iFixit battery and the phone is working fine but the touch is acting weirdly.. If I leave the phone locked for over 10 seconds and then try to open the phone the touch will not respond but if I lock the phone again and start it after 1 second the touch works fine :o The phone randomly swipes and starting apps sometimes when I open the phone after it has been locked for 10 seconds. I cannot anwser calls now.. Screws are on the correct places and cables is not damaged.
Either the screen needs to be replaced, connectors on the logic board need to be cleaned with a brush and if possible 99% isoproyl alcohol. Worst case scenario would be damaged screen connectors.
