Hello, I swapped my entire shell and wired up a extremeRate backbutton set. Everything is functional on the controller except the swipe function. The button input from the touchpad works fine, but I’m not sure why the swipe has gone away? Could the board not be completely stuck to the replacement pad and not getting a correct input?
I believe this may be a problem of the pad not making contact with the board like you mentioned. So I would take it back apart and make sure that the two are getting a good connection, make sure to tighten any screws so that there is a good connection.
