Hi there. I need to replace the touchpad on my HP Pavilion x2 - 12-b096ms. There is no guide or parts shown on iFixit web site to replace the touchpad on the 12-b096ms. Can I use the guide and instructions for the 10- model for my 12- model?
Hi @treet007 , Here’s the maintenance and service guide for the laptop. Go to p.47 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the touch pad. The HP spare part number is also on p.47. Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
