Chosen Solution
Hi guys, My touchpad stopped and keyboard stopped working about 3 weeks ago for a few hours and were completely non responsive however just randomly started working again. This happened twice and then since then it hasn’t worked at all. I adjusted the trackpad cable (while I was waiting for the new one to arrive in the mail) which also fixed it for a few days, and then it stopped again. Unfortunately did not work with the new trackpad cable which I was sure would do the trick as this seems to be the solution for this from my research. What else could the issue be? Lets check the battery as your symptoms sound like it is swelling. First lets get a better look at the batteries health, install this gem of an app CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see Adding images to an existing question.
