I have an old iPhone 7 that when I try to use the touch screen, it doesn’t respond. I’ve tried rebooting, nothing. I even went to a repair shop and they couldn’t fix it either.

coolguy, what did the repair shop try? Typically a touch screen failure means you need to replace the display, so if they tried a new display on it and it still didn’t work, then you may have logic board problems. As such, it would be helpful to know what diagnostics they did.
