touch screen stopped working, no cracks in the screen and didn’t drop in water it just stopped.
Have you taken the device apart to verify that there is no water damage? If you disassemble the device and there is no water damage, I would order a new screen to rule out a part problem. If the new screen still dont work then you should find a microsolder tech.
