I dropped my phone in the shower and the back and battery popped off, out of rush I stupidly spilled water on it to remove suds. Turns on but touch screen doesn’t work.
Power it off if you can and throw it in a sealed container of rice for 48 hours.
48 hours or longer….A reset isn’t going to fix moisture on a circuit board..
