Dropped and defect. I dropped one Y6 and the bottom half of the touch screen doesn’t work anymore, was able to text and still pictures another way but certain apps and videos forget it and the replacement got my money back but the plug end to the charger cord is shot and both were brand new thru Wish. Can you help?
