Hello, My watch turns on and off ok. When I am trying to change the language to English, I am unable to select this choice because the touchscreen does not work at the top or bottom. I am only able to select things in the center of the watch. Can this be fixed?

So, sorry if this doesn’t help: Try taking it back to the store you bought it from, and explain to them on what day you got it, where you were and what you did to it before it messed up. If you dropped it in a liquid, for example. Try buying a new one, or getting it repaired at the store. If you got it online, try getting a refund, or get a new one. So, You’re welcome if it helped.
