Hello, I got the Casio Commando phone two weeks ago, it is brand new but suddenly the touch screen stop working in some areas. does that mean that it is broken? what can I do?
Hey, It could be due to humidity in the phone. Try putting the phone in some rice to draw some of the moisture out. If that doesnt work then try and replace the touch screen and if all else fails then I would try and get a new phone.
