Hi guys I have problem with my iPhone 7 touch screen ! It doesn’t Response at all and it seems display has a problem too because it’s filled with lots of small squares in background But homepage can be seen good ! I tried hard reset but it didn’t fix . After I powered up my iPhone in Apple’s logo there was a shadow of battery Percentage ! Did anyone face this problem ever? Will restore help? Thanks
This sounds like a hardware problem for sure. So no, its not likely that a restore will do anything for your device. If you have not dropped or damaged the device at all apple may replace it for free. But it sounds as if the LCD screen has gone bad and needs to be replaced. I’d check with apple first, and if they don’t do it for free or cheap find someone reputable that will. Or do it yourself with an iFixit Guide! iPhone 7 Screen Replacement Hope that helps!
