Hello, my iphone touchscreen doesn’t work, I restored ios 11.0.3 completely but the touch screen doesn’t work at all. Before retoring it the wifi didn’t worked too. It had never been wet, nor shocked. the last time it worked I used a gps application and the iphone was hot. What should be broken? what should I replace? Thank you very much for your help K.
if its not an original apple screen the the ios update could be the cause of touch not working
Instead of a factory rest try a hard reset see if that works, if it doesn’t then you have other options to explore to find the fault.
