Hi, I have to MS Surface DUO and I’ve swapped one side screen to other because it has a cracked screen. After swap the touch doesn’t work. I installed back to the original phone, it works. Why the swapping isn’t working?

make sure the ribbon cable is fulling connected to all the boards and make sure all scraws are where are supposed to be Microsoft Surface Duo Teardown - iFixit

Well try restarting your PC. If you’re still having problems, check for updates: Select Start , then select Settings . In Settings, select Update & security , then Windows Update , and then select the Check for updates button.
