Replaced the LCD o a customers iPad Pro 12.9, solder job all done well but there’s no touch. The LCD comes but but won’t respond to my touch. Could it be a bad screen ?

Check to make sure all the connectors are fully inserted. It is possible it is a bad screen but make sure everything is firmly connected and the ports inside are dust free.

This problem mostly occur when tech connect LCD with battery connected and filter is blown 120Ohm 450mA near to Touch Connector.

Got word that I might have blown the “power touch line” without schematics I don’t know what to do :(

If you didn’t disconnect the battery while fitting the screen you have burnt out the touch filter unfortunately you need a multimeter and check for continuity
