hi I have changed a screen on a iPhone XR, have used the supplier and XR screens before and never had a problem. the phone was working fine, then after 4 days the customer turned the phone off and then touch stopped working. I did a force restart and the touch works fine, once the phone is turned off the touch stops responding again. a force restart and it works fine again. everything seems fine, I also used a icopy to copy over from the original screen. cant find what I am missing? any help pls
Obviously, you’ll want to double check your work and insure there isn’t any damage to the screen or flex. Even with the best suppliers, you will get an occasional dud screen. Try installing another screen to see if it solves the problem.
