I replaced my screen iphone 6 with another original one which touch id was working. But after changing to the new phone the touch id didnt work. Is that true that touch id only works with the mainboard which came with it at the beginning?

Yes, that is true. Let’s say you have 2 iPhones, label them iPhone 1 and iPhone 2 for this example. If you were to take a home button assembly from iPhone 1 and put it in iPhone 2 Touch ID will not function on iPhone 2 due to security measures Apple has in place. Touch ID only works with the home button that the phone it came with. Only Apple has the special powers to pair foreign home buttons to work with foreign iPhones and have the Touch ID functionality.
