Touch Id Not Working When I Replace Screen Iphone 6 Plus

Hi, i’ve a IPhone 6 Plus. I have made a screen replacement but i just replace a Home Button (original) but not replace a flex cable (original) in metal plate. And not replace flex cable (original) maybe a reason Touch ID not working?

can you explain more i think you have change your touch ID
