Broken screen then i replaced with new LCD. Touch ID not working anymore and i still getting errors “Unable to activate Touch ID on this iPhone.”
If you replaced the home button along with your screen, you will not be able to use the touch ID function, as they are linked (paired) with the motherboard. When you change it, touch ID will not work. If you still have the original home button, try reinstalling it with the new screen. Good luck.
