Touch ID is not working after screen replacement. I have replaced 3 screens with Touch ID. 1 out of the three worked. Did the repair all the same way. What is going on? I’ve tried to reset the cable and no luck.
A new home extension flex cable will typically solve this problem. If you replace it and touch-id still doesn’t work try doing an iTunes backup and DFU restore after replacement of the flex cable.
