About 3/4 weeks ago I had sent my phone In for a screen replacement! Everything was working except that the screen was broken. Touch I’d was working fine but when I got it back touch I’d wasent working. Then they told me to call apple cause they couldnt fix it and what I found out was that they were an ununatherized place which I don’t have a clue. Need help how do you fix this problem?
@kayla2080 most likely this was caused by not having transferred your original home button. Not a whole lot you can do other than maybe taking it to Apple and have them do a complete display assembly replacement again. Going to cost you again.
