Hi there, I have searched through the previous questions and probably know the answer (T-Con Board) but just thought I’d check for opinions. I have a two year old Toshiba TV 48U7653DB that looses picture a few minutes after turning on but still has sound. I have tested with a torch and there is no picture/movement visible. I have also switched the tv off overnight and the problem still occurs It is currently connected to a Virgin TiVo box only If it is the T-Con Board is this something I can get and do myself and is it worth it etc? Are you using wifi or hard wired with ethernet cable?
Hi @rattiegirl , As you didn’t say what you’ve tried the following is just to eliminate other possibilities. Have you tried different types of signal source inputs e.g. Component video, composite video, co-ax etc to check if the picture stays on, e.g from a DVD player or similar? Can you view the TV menu screens when the signal source picture is not there?
