Remove and test: Battery RAM( replace with another RAM) HDD CMOS battery nothing works. also as a last resort tried and reflow the motherboard chipset but still the same results any ideas?
I had this did oven reflow 220 degrees C for 8 minutes worked but when i went to put windows on (to sell it) I left it overnight finishing the install the next morning it was doing it again motherboard seems to overheat make sure you get it over 195 C when you reflow as that is the solder melt temp take it out after 7 minutes (be careful its delicate when solder is soft) let it cool my board was twisted after but fitted and worked ok
Had the same problem here ( just putting one back together now). Likely a PCH issue, so basically a case of dumping the board and cutting your losses. This model is having a lot of this issue. Warming the PCH up at 150~180 probably might give you another couple of days but it’ll fail again soon enough. It’s NOT likely a ball problem, rather the issue is in the internal gold connects of the chip itself.
