My Toshiba Satellite C850, wont charge, when I plugged the AC adapter it says 100% full charge, and when I unplugged it, it says 15% remaining and the AC won’t lit. PLEASEEE!!! HELP!!!

Hi, 99% this is a Battery problem. Of course, try first with another charger. Regards.

Check battery health, could be signs of an old battery not holding a charge properly. If the battery is not end of life then you should look at the power adapter and the first two mosfets.
