Hi, Try resetting the washing machine back to its’ factory default settings and see if this clears the code and resolves the problem. To do this: Disconnect the power from the machine for a minute or so. Reconnect the power to the machine. Press and hold the Super Spin Dry button. While still holding the Super Spin Dry button, press the On button and you should hear it beep 3 times. The machine has been reset.
