My Toshiba Tv Blinks On Startup, I Replaced the PSU/Backlight inverter Still Blinks the backlight on startup. I tried to set the backlight to 50 because it was 0 still did not do any thing.i used a flashlight to see what was on the screen.
Pasta YT you will have to measure tehe voltage from the power board to the LED’s and check to make sure that your mainboard enables the backlight. Flashing backlight is most common with failed backlight strips.
Did you have to get a new tv?
