Hello there! My TV Toshiba model 32av500u does not turn on and is making a clicking sound while the power led blinks green rapidly no stop. Upon closer inspection, it seems the clicking is coming from the motherboard. The clicking only seems to happen when the main board is connected to the powers supply board. I have two TVs of the same model and this is the same issue that plagues them after a power surge. They were not connected to surge protectors. Thank you! P.s. @itechnii the clicking is possibly the relay on the power board. It is possible that your power board or your mainboard has gotten damaged. Check to see if your power supply has the proper voltages. You need the 5 V standby voltage. If you do not have that you most likely have a failed power supply. Post some good images of all of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see.
