Hello, I’ve replaced my WiFi antenna, WiFi works well but during the disassembly I’ve torn the flex cable which I connect to the board. Since I can’t find iPhone 6S Plus home flex cable, do I have to buy whole LCD with the cable or is there any other model that fits iPhone 6s Plus
If you aren’t concerned about losing Touch ID functionality you are better off just getting a new home button. Much easier on your part to do this too. You might be able to loot the flex cable from a new home button assembly and attach it to your old home button which might give you Touch ID functionality. iPhone 6s Plus Home Button Assembly iPhone 6s Plus Home Button Assembly Replacement Update (10/25/2018) @merko30 You say you have torn the home button flex and “since you cannot find the home button flex”. I am just as confused. What it looks like in the picture is a display cable. If you have torn that particular cable then you will be better off just getting a new screen assembly.
I actually torn the cable at the bottom of the phone. The LCD/Digitizer cable and the camera cables are fine but the third one that is closest to the right side of the phone. Can just that cable be replaced?
