My 3DS isn’t broken but the top screen won’t show anything and is instead just black with a pair of small horizontal green lines going through the middle of it. I can’t find a replacement screen online to replace it myself.
While I cannot find any place to get a replacement screen except for those Chinese websites, you can check the ribbon cable connection first, maybe it got loose or something.
