Haier wine cooler model hvfm122abL. The top right corner of the cooling panel frosts up immediately after plugging fridge. The rest of the panel is barely cool so the fridge doesnt cool any of the beverages. It was fine for 5years and all of a sudden it just started doing that. I check door seals and unplugged fridge overnight . But as soon as i plug it in only that corner begins to cool until it frosts up. But the other 95 percent of the panel doesnt . Pics attached

Hi, There are no pics. Here’s how to post images in your question on ifixit Adding images to an existing question It seems as though there may be a blockage leading into the evaporator unit preventing the normal flow of the refrigerant so the ice will build up there because it is the coldest part. Try slowly warming this area to see if the ice melts and it doesn’t build up again and that the whole evap unit gets cold indicating that the refrigerant gas is flowing again. If it does or even if it doesn’t, the sealed system will need to be evacuated of refrigerant and the system cleared and then recharged again and tested to make sure that it is OK. Depending on your location you may need to get a licensed repairer to do this due to the environmental regulations regarding the handling of refrigerant gases. Worst case is that the evaporator unit is blocked and needs to be replaced. The part number for the evap unit is RF-2650-88. Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
