My power jack broke so i took my laptop apart to replace it. I put it back together and now everything works except the wifi. I can still use the internet with ethernet. Is the a cable that is specifically for the antenna?

Hello peter Step 01 you can check whether feasibility of enable wi-fi connectivity [http://Here|https://www.manualowl.com/m/Asus/X54C/Ma…] is your notebook manual. see page 42 Step 02 Re install the drivers and check try to connect via Wi-Fi Step 03 Uninstall last windows update and check ( i have experience in step 03, most of wifi related issue can be solve in vista and win8 uninstalling last windows update ) but keep the system update once your problem solved Step 04 Change the wifi card
