I have a toaster oven. It does not shut of .this was a gift ,I had another toaster oven same brand for over a few years..I live alone .so a am a afraid to use it Update (09/02/2022) Will they please send me a free one
Hi @rothgerry56 Contact the gift giver and ask if they still have the receipt. If they do then ask for it (or the information from it e.g. date of purchase, place of purchase, receipt number etc) and when you have it, then follow the instructions in the user manual that hopefully came with the toaster oven to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
