I got a software update notification and I did it, then it asked me “To start Android, enter your password”? I’ve put in correct password but it says incorrect and doesn’t turn on my device. Help please!

Hi! This is an issue with all Blu phones that have been updated. As of right now, the only workaround is a factory reset. Here’s how to do that, please note that that will wipe all your data.
