I had a Huawei phone and once i were using it i dropped it by an accident. The battery and the cover is also fallen out. When i placed them back turned it on and… …theres ANY black becomed white and there was pixel-sized lines on it + the resolution fell down a lot. Do can i fix it, call service or buy a new one?
I don’t enough about phones to be 100% certain but I am like 90% sure that your Display is broken, you can buy them from ebay for very little and to replace one isn’t massively difficult, you can find a teardown of this device on youtube and I followed that as this was the first device I took apart and it worked fine when I put it back together. My y330 currently has a smashed screen and a few dead pixels so when the replacements arrive I will make a repair guide to the best of my ability on how to replace them.
I have the nearly same problem with mine, I dropped it and now one line out of 2 is white. The display chip probably got damaged? Guess I’ll have to tear it apart or guet a new one. It’s been only a month I have it, it’s still on the guarantee, so no problem here I guess.

Just like Jack, I’m quite sure your screen is dead. You can buy another one cheap tho, inturrnet is your friend.
