Chosen Solution
After I changed the batteries in the Elmo, the Elmo would not vibrate. I could the motor turning, but no vibrating. A small white piece was moving around in the motor compartment. I don’t know how to fix it.
The small white piece is probably the gear that attaches to the motor shaft. Open it up and try to put that gear back onto the motor
