Top load washer model # WTW5005KW 0. Ticking/clicking sound occurs during the Wash/Rinse cycle. Could this be an agitator issue? I don’t hear the water jerking back and forth during these cycles. Spin and Drain cycle work just fine. Please help! Washer manual had no troubleshooting instructions.

Hi, If the machine is not agitating but spinning OK, (is it spinning normally or only slowly?) check if the drive hub and the drive pulley are both OK. The supplier linked is only to show the location of the parts. If either part is faulty, search online using the manufacturer’s part number for the part as shown in the link(s) to get results for suppliers that suit you best.

It is the motor belt skipping

Iesha Tristan check the wash plate for worn splines. Use something like this video to work on it. Post some images of the plate/spline once you have it out.
