I bought aa Ti84 Plus CE graphing calculator in the US a month ago. Its OS got deleted. How to get new OS?

Hi sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with your calculator if you follow this link here https://education.ti.com/en-gb/software/… I believe you can download and install a new OS I don’t know my way around calculators too well but if you need any help I can try my best to assist you as im quite good at installing a OS on just about anything;-) hopefully this helps Thanks:-)
