High traffic times as well as any time of day. Text messages “sending” for over 3 mins and no completion. Multiple failures even with 3 bars signal. Is this just a carrier problem (T-MOBIL) or is the constant high temp the problem? WI FI is always turned off as I seldomley have need of it. Hot even when just using the phone for more than 2-5 minutes. This is my second phone of this design with the same problem.. What’s up with this device type? screens jumping when not touched. My mom has the same phone. It was $35 brand new and she says it’s junk. She has a lot of the same problems and it’s only with that phone.
